Job Description

What You’ll Do 

  • Handle customer queries via chat, call, and social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Resolve order issues (delivery delays, payment issues, refunds)
  • Coordinate with operations, delivery team, and vendors
  • Track and update customer complaints in a structured way
  • Identify recurring issues and report them (we don’t want robots, we want thinkers)

What We Expect

  • Strong communication skills (Bangla + basic English)
  • Calm under pressure (customers will get angry — deal with it)
  • Basic tech understanding (you should not be scared of dashboards/tools)
  • Responsible and responsive (no ghosting, no excuses)
  • Willingness to learn fast and handle real workload

Bonus 

  • Experience with customer support / call center
  • Familiarity with e-commerce (Daraz, Facebook shops, etc.)
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
