Marketing Executive (Group Buying & Growth)

At ShareDeal, we’re building Bangladesh’s next-generation group-buying grocery platform — helping people save more while connecting directly with farmers.
Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can help us scale faster through group buying, social commerce, and data-driven growth.

🔥 What You’ll Do:
- Drive group-buy campaigns (referral, unlock pricing, viral loops)
- Build & manage WhatsApp / Facebook communities
- Execute performance marketing (Facebook Ads, campaigns, testing)
- Work on content strategy & storytelling (offers, savings, farmer stories)
- Analyze data and continuously optimize growth

🎯 Who You Are:
- 1–3 years experience in marketing / growth
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads & social media
- Love experimenting and testing new ideas
- Understand price-sensitive mass market behavior
- Fast executor with a startup mindset
