Job Description
What You’ll Do (Real Work)

Plan and execute campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google)

Run paid ads and optimize for conversion (not just reach)

Create offers, deals, and hooks that actually attract users

Work with content team to produce high-performing creatives

Analyze performance (CTR, CAC, conversion rate)

Improve landing pages and funnels
